The Conn's Home Furniture in Las Vegas on Rainbow Blvd. ran a credit check without my authorization on an unfinished online credit application. They should never take my information and ran a credit check. I want their name removed from the 3 credit check bureaus ASAP and my credit score points restored because when credit checks are run my score gets lower.

A power outage apparently rendered our 26-year old Sears Kenmore upright garage freezer inoperable. That evening we visited three nationally known home appliance dealers, but to no avail. Short staffing, no inventory, or lengthy waiting period for delivery if we wanted to place an order. We awoke the next morning and visited two more stores with similar results. I had a good experience at Conns when ordering a new refrigerator. The salesperson was so nice, helpful and answered all our questions. She made the whole experience wonderful and fast!

We were greeted by a very sweet young lady who made you feel like family. She was VERY knowledgeable about the appliances that we were interested in and was able to tell us the differences. This lady is definitely a great asset to your store.

Very good service. Staff were friendly but not pushy. Delivery was on time and fast. I went to a few other furniture stores and I couldn't get a Delivery sooner than a month away. Conns could get me my table within days! I went to the store two times and both times i was greeted and felt welcome. I'll definitely be going back for future purchases and so happy with my beautiful table

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Conn's. We went to get a Matress for our son, tv for our living room and possibly a new dishwasher which we went ahead and added. The Matress we liked was priced at $999.00 but when we decided to get that one they told us it was 1299. We settled on one for $899 and was told it would come with frees matress protector and Pillows but at the end they no longer honored that promotion.
