Conns appliance store will sell you anything and make it Sounds great! They input the information in as something else. I bought a refrigerator and got a warranty to go with it but if the refrigerator ever flooded they would replace it no problem. I paid about $500 for this warranty apparently the Salesperson Internet as maintenance on the refrigerator when I went to put in an order and October 2021 it took me until April 2022 to get a legit answer abt my insurance warranty! Purchased a Sectional Sofa Set from this company under a 0% percent interest for 1 year. Called customer service one month prior to promotion expiring and was unable to get the balance owed on my furniture. Interest was immediately added to my account. 3 months if calling Conn’s C.S. speaking with supervisor’s assuring me that they will take care of this matter.
