Very good experience at Conns in Harlingen. Had recently attempted to purchase in San Antonio but was disappointed with their customer service. Marlene from Conns Harlingen was excellent and assisted us for the 2 hours we were there.

Buyers Beware. Conn's charges an "Account Origination Fee" of $100 for originating a loan of credit and they do not tell you about it. They hide it down in the fine print in the "Terms & Conditions". They're supposed to tell you that you're going to be charged this fee up front but don't. I discovered this fee was charged to me when I went to make my first payment and noticed my balance was $100 more than what my total invoice was. Our fridge quit, I looked online and saw one in sale, I came in and took a look at it and Felicity Cantu walked up within a couple of minutes to me and within 15 minutes total I walked away with a new fridge being delivered the next day! Thanks for such fast service! The delivery drivers were exceptional! They were friendly and efficient as I have always found them to be!
