I love my new washer and dryer! I put it to work right away , I had no idea it plays little tunes when it finishes a cycle much better then a blaring beeping really happy and they wash great even got the stinky smell out of my dogs diapers he's old and incontentent !

Went into Conns in Arlington TX and talked to a guy named Bowen Parker about getting a new washer and dryer. He was very helpful and listened to what I had to say. I like the fact that he wasn't real pushy and he seemed to answer every Question I asked. He was very down to earth. And made me feel very comfortable. I told him I had a very good experience with Conns my first time when I bought my Dishwasher there and told him I haven't had any problems with it knock on wood. was very happy with Bowen Parker and he likes being ... read more

False advertising, they do not do next day delivery, they have no communication at all with the 2 warehouses their items are stored, they lie on the phone to you, they have absolutely no communication with the warehouse, nobody to call, communication is only by email, I was promised a delivery since Saturday and still today no delivery, been given lies and run around and been sent emails stating verify delivery, no communication with drivers at all from warehouse or stores, I had to cancel my Easter Sunday family gathering b... read more
