The purchase experience was quick and easy. When they delivered the items one of them was damaged so they got us a new one back out 2 days later. They would have been able to get it to us sooner except it was kind of late since we were the next to the last delivery of the day.

From the time I called the store and spoke to Ely I received excellent customer service, and when I got to the store Ely took care of us and getting the dryer we wanted, The delivery guy was also friendly and very helpful in setting up the dryer. It is through this experience that I will return to Conns and refer them to my friends and family.
