Hello, I made a purchase for 3500 that is supposed to be delivered to my house on April 7. I have been calling for the delivery time since April 4 and have gotten nothing but the run around. I called on April 5 and spoke to a rep that informed me that they can't give out a time, and that I would get a call at 845pm the day before for when the time frame would be. The stuffs are so nice , welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to purchase our dream couch right away ! Highly recommend.
This company is the worst by far! They called me from everything that looks like a phone number. Several different numbers per day! Due to an illness, we agreed to pay 55.00 and have the other two payments put at the back of the loan. This agreement was confirmed and reconfirmed several times during our phone conversation. When we went into Conn's home plus, we were super impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful vibe of the store, and the associates were eager to help us yet gave us space to make our own decision. We found the item we bought to be a great deal, compared to other stores and it looks so wonderful in our home. Our salesman was quick to answer all of our questions and made the experience smooth and enjoyable with his pleasant and helpful attitude.
