We have shopped at Conns before was not disappointed then and are not now. They have a great selection at a reasonable price. The delivery was on time and the associates could not have been nicer. We will be shopping at Conns again.

Overall we're ok. The bed was great, delivered and installed, the refrigerator was also delivered and installed. The TV stand was delivered but not installed, that was disappointing. I also was closing on my house the day the delivery happened and the time almost clashed but the operator refused to have the driver call me, insisted instead that she was the route of communication.
