Cheryl Bought a refrigerator from Conns home plus in 2020 the ice machine broke about 4 months later came out and fix it . Broke again about 3 months later and has broken every couple of months. issue has not been fixed yet. never can talk to anyone else about my issue always gets the runaround. they promise to do one thing and do another. one technician told me it needs to be replaced and would to to his boss about it. I am very disappointed with Conn's Customer service department, service department and overall handling of their warranty service! I purchased a 50 inch Tv back on 11/23/2020, along with an extended warranty. My TV started malfunctioning back in Feb 2022. I reached out to Conn's to report the problem for repair. The first rep I spoke with advised me that I had to take the TV into the nearest store, only because they do not send technicians out for residential repair when the TV is less than 55 inches.
