Conn's store was fine they sold me on the insurance sold me on the couches but then when I had a problem with the couches from the insurance they showed me they let me to believe they covered a lot of things which it didn't I've been having a lot of trouble just getting any kind of services to my couches with the money I have already paid on the insurance it was a waste of money and a waste of time getting the customer service sells ribs supervisors down just keep sending me from one person to another to another to another n... read more

I've been having troubles getting a adjustable bed from Conn's home plus since November last year, I ordered a bed in November and it took roughly two or three months to get the bed because it was not in stock so it was ordered and it took a while to come because it was backorder, so I patiently waited for it to come to the local Conn's home plus at the lakeshore location in Homewood Alabama so when I finally got the bed delivered the delivery drivers installed the bed and the same day when I tried lifting the headset part o... read more

After talking with several people at Conn's, to let them know that I don't have their furniture, I'm still receiving payment information. The furniture that was delivered wasn't what I chose... prices were different... other requests were obviously ignored. Please follow up on this..

I definitely recommend them. I started with a phone call. Bionca was very helpful and invited into the store for a more personalized shopping process. Everything went smoothly. They even called me after the purchase and gave me an earlier delivery time than my original Saturday delivery day. I was called 45 minutes prior to delivery. Delivery guys were nice and very professional. I will definitely shop with conns again
