Thoroughly enjoyed the buying and delivery service with Conns. Next day delivery was a life saver in prior situation! Delivery of appliances was amazing and will 100% recommend Conns to family & friends. Will be going back to look at more items for our home.

Not satisfied part for bed not for adjustable frame and mattress was stained will oil probably from forklift leaking and looks like it was ran over by lift or walked on with dirty boots
The guys were very professional, courteous, and on time. Made sure that the sectional was where we wanted it before they left!

Bought furniture from Conn’s in Jackson, Ms in January was told it could be march but would probably come before that. so I call in February to be told it’s gonna be April and this goes on and on now it’s gonna be July but they have my money already. No one has bothered to call me through all this. Customer service at this store is very short coming.
