I had a TV delivered on 3/21/22 it didn't show any physical damage on the blue screen but once my husband hook the cable 3/22/22 and signed into the Samsung account the screen showed a crack on the inside. I called and got the run around and waited for District Manager Cruz to show up in the Mesquite Office 3/25/22. He wanted me to buy a TV at the wholesale that they pay for it almost 300.00 dollars cheaper. I told him no and they should replace the TV. Michael (salesperson) was very knowledgeable about the products. He was very helpful in helping me make my decision on which appliances I needed. The delivery guys were very professional & explained everything I needed to know about the products.

Very great experience from start to finish. Was looking at first with an idea of what I needed and ended up getting everything and more. My home was filled in each room and I saved a lot of time , money and the hassle of moving. I've shopped at other locations but this conns location really blew me out of the water. Clark and the manger Chris were very friendly and everything was a go from the start. No back and forth and no run around. Definitely recommended family and friends. I will be returning for more.
