I want a TV so I got one from here they mess up my TV don't want to fix it or take it back now they got my credit score to a 530 from a 7 smh I need this fixed please here me out I need this fix now

Delivery was excellent. The delivery guys were courteous and quite efficient. They moved items out of the way that could have gotten broken. Pictures on wall were quickly straighten out by them. Thanks for your service to even small details.

We purchased a massage chair from Conns Home Plus. We notified them the chair wasn’t working properly so they brought us another chair. The second chair wast working properly either and sounded like a train on the track. We went to the store and showed management the video with the sound the chair is making. We told them after having two chairs we didn’t want a third chair to have the same problem. They tried delivering the third chair and we told them we wasn’t taking a third chair. Absolutely terrible customer service. Told me that my washer- which is under extended warranty- couldn’t be fixed but I had to wait for them to order parts and try to fix it at least 3 more times before even thinking of a replacement. I’ve been without a functioning washer for 2 months and been getting the run around. Would give 0 stars if I could
