Service was great, prices good, delivery on time. Very satisfied.
Applied for credit & was approved. Tried to order online for delivery & says EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK. When I called they said I needed to go in store to order! Nearest store is 2 hours away!

Great service, great stock, great delivery!!! Several purchases over last year, all in stock, and delivered within a week. 5 stars
My opinion is that they have no training and have no working knowledge of the products that they sell. This includes the local manager and unfortunately his staff. They can only repeat what they have been told. My experience was one that should never be repeated for any company or any future customer. I would never recommend Conns to anyone nor would I allow my employees to be in a position to sell an item without having intricate knowledge of the products they are selling.
