I had an excellent experience at Conns. I just moved to this part of town and they made buying a required refrigerator easy as well as furniture. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful all the way through the process! Delivery went flawlessly! I received plenty of warning about when the furniture was going to be delivered. Also the manager was great which ending the shopping experience making it a positive one!

Very bad communication. I ordered a dishwasher with delivery and install. It was delivered today but it won't be installed for 2 weeks. So I have a dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen taking up tons of space. They also unpacked it so it could get damaged waiting to get installed. I wanted to return and cancel it but since they unpacked it there will now be a restocking fee. Shady.
