It is amazing how KHF managers can't perform their simple tasks like coordinating a delivery of furniture. I order a significant amount of furniture and all is going great until the day it should arrive. What I found out was the manager who was coordinating was communicating with a group who would coordinate the move. This manager changed the date for delivery and decided to only pick one person from the group to coordinate the change instead of just letting the entire group know. My husband and I purchased a sectional and fabric ottoman from Janie. She was so helpful to make sure we understood the fabric, style, sizing, etc. It was like working with one of my sisters on colors- genuinely helpful to make sure we ended up with something that would look nice! They said it would take 3-4 weeks to make and it actually took just under 3 weeks! The company they use to transport the furniture delivered the next day. We are in LOVE with what we bought!
