I went today looking for a couch, and as soon as I walked in and was greeted knew I hoped to find what I wanted here. The staff were accessible but 100% let me wander and look through things without ever feeling watched or hounded. When I found the couch I didn't know I wanted, Ruth helped explain all the options for purchase and delivery very clearly, and was open and up front about all sales and costs. Overall a great experience and I'm glad I began my couch hunt here!
We visited to purchase dining room furniture, a sofa, and a coffee table, and we had a great experience overall. I’ve been into Showhome Furniture a few times while furnishing my place and it’s always been a good experience. They have high-quality furniture and a great selection. The staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. Today I worked with Ruth and she was great to deal with—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
