I'm leaving this review to let anyone who is considering purchasing anything from Conn's Plus not to do it. They are not an honest company. I originally posted a sofa from them in March 2021. I was told at the time that I purchased the sofa that I could not return the sofa because of the pandemic once I picked it up. I later found out that was not true. I sent a message to customer service complaining about what I was told and if I was not told that I would have returned the sofa because I was not happy with it. I later rece... read more

Bought a computer from them in Oct of last year wouldn't turn on sent it to the store in Thorton Colorado for repair and a month later they tell me they lost my computer still don't have a new one or the one I bought they laugh at me no one will help me horrible place buyer beware!
