I thank Conn's are using the right name. The buying experience was great. I was very satisfied with the whole purchase until the conn came with the delivery from the time they got here until they left they were trying to conn extra money out of a 72 year old man. That to me is repulsive.

I bought a couch an recliner from conns in Burlington N.C.Made all my payments on time never a day late.I called Conns they told me i was still under warrenty till next year, i told them something was wrong with my couch an recliner they sent someone out to look at it an he took pics an said springs was broke told me he would take the pics back an turn it in waited a few days an then called them.Conns told me they had ordered the springs now this was back in 3/25\22 i have still yet to see anyone wanting to fix my couch an r... read more
