Went to get a washer and dryer, found the ones I liked and proceed with the purchase (finance). They got me a delivery date, when home and waited, when the day arrived they call me and told me that the washer was damaged, they gave me the option to wait 2 more weeks or the option to go get a different set. I went to get another set which were the same washer and dryer but different color, price was the same, since everything was the same but the color, they told me nothing on the contract change, when I got home and the bill... read more

Great service😊 went in and picked out what I wanted. Payed for it and it was delivered the next morning🤗 No pressure or any of that. Will go back if I need anything else!! Am very happy with the recliner. They also took the other one out!! Thank you

I think everything went good except for the fact that they left our headboard other than that a pleasant experience love the representative everything was a great it was a great experience I think they just forgot our hip board to our bed but we're not even concerned about that anymore

We purchased what we thought was a new washer/dryer combo but it is now leaking. It has been 6 months. Either it was installed poorly or the equipment was terrible. We called for it to be repaired, was given one day then it changed to another. Once a day was reached, the expected time had passed with no word from Conn's. We called again. If we didn't call they would not have called us. We were given a different time. Since day one, it has just been a big hassle dealing with these folks.
