We went to conn's to buy a frig and while we were there we also added a sectional for the living room. We were very happy to be approved for credit. The associate that help us was very friendly and polite..when delivery date arrived.. the men were very helpful. They set up our sectional and our frig. They were very helpful and patience And every time we went to pay on our account the ladies at the counter were very friendly. If I could give negative stars I would! I have never in my life been so out raged! I had ordered two items. I received order confirmation the next day I emailed to cancel the order, again I emailed the next day. On the third day I called and was told she was canceling it. A few days later I called again and then the next day. In total I have sent 5 emails, and spoke to 6 different people! Only to find out that now it’s too late! I never got an email saying it shipped or was canceled nothing! Then was told I could either refu... read more

I bought some Bose glasses today. They did not have a pair that I bought to try on. I got to my car and tried them on and didn't like the fit. I went back in the store and ask to swap to the tempo. I was told there would be a $37 restock fee. YOU LOST A LONG TERM CUSTOMER OVER $38 DOLLARS. I MIGHT HAVE COME BACK AND SPENT $1500 ON FURNITURE. THE STORE MGR WAS ON VACATION SO I HAD TO DEAL WITH JENNIFER. BASIC ECONOMICS!!!!! IT WOULD BE A BIG ZERO IF AVAILABLE.

Everything went awesome in the store itself but when it came to the delivery that's where things went bad so that is the reason for the three stars.
