The name of their company explains it CON!! Customer service is bad,have called several times and talked to people who barely speak English. Bought a new washer,paid in full delivered on June 12th 2022. Delivery person hooked washer up,started it said let run for 30 minutes and it would be good to go .Would not rinse,drain . I called customer service ,was told someone would call me 24/ 72 hours. That was 5 days ago!! They have my money and I have a non working washing machine!!! My sales guy Brandon was very patient and help ful.. I'm slow at getting things done. He never rushed me and let me pick out what I wanted with no pressure.. I'm glad he was my sales guy.. Was very pleased with his customer care.
