I haven't shopped at conns in about 10 years , Jordan was my sales person and he was very professional , answered all my questions and concerns . Will defiantly be back again

My family and I just moved and we didn't know where to go for our Appliances. We went to Conns at Summit and 410. Kim was an amazing sales Associate. She took her time with us allowed us to walk around and see what it was we were looking for, that experience was the most amazing experience I've had at cons. She made us feel like Family not just a customer. You definitely have to go see Kim at the summit for 10 location. I inquired about a dining room set on Conn's website & was immediately contacted via text from Jake. He was very prompt,& courteous & checked availability of what I was inquiring about. When he saw it wasn't available he went on to take pics of what was currently on their showroom floor & sent to me. I really think everybody had nice attitudes And the sell person that help me his name was Christopher H***** he really took his time with me he answer every question I ask he was so patient with me I would recommend all my friends to give conns a try oh and I am enjoying my washer/dryer thanks conns.

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. Very quick process. The delivery guys were the best! There was a problem with the hook up but he made it work perfectly! I'm very pleased with my new washer and the customer service from Conns.
