On June 27, 2022 I financed a washer and dryer. I scheduled for a delivery date of June 30, 2022 as I would be working from home that day. On June 29, 2022 I confirmed a delivery date of June 30,2022 where and automated system advised and email would be sent at or after 8PM with a time frame. On June 30, 2022 I contacted customer service as I have yet to receive an email with time frame. From the time we entered the store until our appliances were delivered everyone at Conn's we're very nice, knowledgeable,nice and prompt. On delivery day the driver called and said they were finishing early , could they come before my scheduled time. They came, took old washer and dryer out quickly and put new ones in just as quickly. I would do business with Conn's again.
