The sales people were not pushy at all. Their selection was good and delivery was awesome. My furniture was delivered exactly when Conns said it would be delivered. I definitely will be shopping at Conns again.

From the time I put my application in to the time I arrived at the store to make my purchase to getting my products went very smoothly. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

I ordered a "new" tv from Conn's online and paid for it in full. Upon delivery the employees told me they had to plug the tv in as part of the inspection process. I noticed the box already had cuts in the top of it like it had been opened and upon opening the box the protective film that is normally across the front of these tvs had been removed.
