Conn’s Homeplus is a disappointment! I purchased a top of the line washer and dryer in October 2021. It has not worked properly since it was delivered. Conn’s just keep giving us the run around on replacing the set. Very poor customer service… we will NEVER buy anything again from Conn’s… EVER!!!! We have called the service department every month since we had the set and they keep giving us the run around. The service department has been out about 10 times since we purchased the set. Great experience! Walked in we were greeted by an associate. Once we found what we were looking for the salesperson came over to help us. The whole purchase only took 20 minutes. Delivery was on time
