Went to purchase a new fridge as ours went out suddenly... Our sales rep James assisted was able to answer all of our questions and had us setup quickly with our purchase ... The delivery guys were great came in made sure they can setup quickly and gave me a quick easy explanation of the fridge functions and we were all set!

Conn’s uses a 3rd party delivery service they have no pull with. I took a day off for a delivery between the hours of 6p-9p. The delivery never came. I called the store before they closed and found out the truck broke down and I needed to reschedule. I did the next morning. Conns said they would request I get first option for delivery cuz I needed to work. Delivery service confirms another late delivery. I complained to the manager and he said there is nothing they can do. The delivery service will not change no matter what.... read more
