They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I n... read more

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
