Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment and refused to fit me in. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff. After this experience of trying to become a new patient I in turn cancelled my three children's appointment. This is the thing... The doctors are good (but not great) and a majority of the receptionists are awful. Awful attitude, mediocre demeanor, and the overall condescending verbal communication that I've witnessed directed toward the clients (and inflicted personally) is indeed inappropriate. I decided to take my business elsewhere strictly due to their lack of customer service if you will.
