I've been sitting in the waiting room in extreme pain for 2 hours and nobody will help me. I came here in an ambulance and was just dumped in the waiting room. this hospital is the worst in the country . I'll never come back here again

I have been under care for Chronic Pain & Post Lamenectomy Syndrome at the Conemaugh East Hills Pain & Neurology Clinic. Although I like and believe in Dr. Gurand's professional and quality of service very much, some of the office staff and nurses are less than kind or caring to say the least. My pain meds have been screwed up and/or late on several occasions. Their attitude toward the quality of my continued care is unacceptable. They treated my son and his family with total indifference when he was killed in Johnstown, Pa. No one from this Hospital contacted us when they pronounced his death. To say the very least... they failed us and him!
just was informed today that my $2300 is to be paid in full in a year. I'm self employed working 50 hours a week and paying for my own health insurance. So the reality of it all is theres no way I can pay almost $200. a month with all my other living expenses they are taking it under review . regardless of what the review ends up being. the review had no idea of my expenses and I have been making regular payment. the system fails working Americans! if I was not employed I'm sure we would not be having this conversation! than... read more
