Their ER staff is lazy. Waited 4 hours with my daughter, only to walk out. They ignored a mentally ill patient in the waiting room for 5 hours. Anytime they were asked a question, they just walked away. They can call five times a day to collect copays.. don’t have the time of day for patients. (My daughter was throwing up blood. I guess that’s not considered an emergency!) I can see why Johnstown ranks where it does in Pennsylvania states. Shameful!
Understaffed and the new food system is beyond awful. Breakfast at 10:30 lunch at 1:30-2:00 and supper at 7:30 is ridiculous. The patients no longer have a choice of food. Your old system worked well and you dont fix something that isnt broke.

I have just completed 33 treatments at the RadiologyOncology and want to say what a pleasure it was to have Dr. Tunio and his staff. They made me feel like family and helped me make it through these treatments. A special thank you to them for that!
Always in a hurry to get you in and get you out. and then you end up back in because they didn't treat you right the first time, like my best friend who has passed only 36 years old.
I had a Doctor's appointment this morning which was scheduled last Fall. When I arrived I was told the appointment was cancelled last November via an automated phone message and I was to reschedule. I never received a message and there was never any follow up to see why I had not rescheduled. I was told it is an automated system thru Conemaugh Health System. It is a very poor system!
It take forever to get admitted and just as long to get discharged.
Miners is a joke. Waited for over three hours for my son to get stitches at their ER.
