The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. .. maybe try hiring some more doctors if your "That" busy

I went and sat 2 hrs waiting to be seen to find out I had another 3hr wait till I would get a room so we ended up leaving
I went in for a painful wrist was a small fracture in the wrist but they found lesions on the bone of my arm ie bone cancer they have been so good and caring and they xall me daily with updates
My wife had testing scheduled for 7am. Overall the experience was good. The people were friendly, and once the testing began it went fairly fast. They called the day before the testing and said to plan to be there till noon. OK, not a problem, as there were several tests and one of the tests there was a wait time between tests, for the drug to get into your system. About 3 weeks ago my mom was brought in by ambulance because she could not Walk she is 75 years old. And they checked her in and put her in a wheel chair and sat her in the waiting room for 2 hours or longer till we were called back.she was in so much pain it was ridiculous she had to sit that long on wait especially because she came by ambulance. On the plus note when you do get called back the nurses and doctors are wonderful.
My daughter was admitted through the ER needing her appendix removed! I can't say enough about the nursing staff on the 8th floor of Ashman Rose! My daughter got admitted in the middle of the night (3am) and from that moment on...every nurse, nurse's aide, and doctor we came in contact with were kind, compassionate, patient, helpful, and accommodating!
