Saved my arm and my life. Went to windber and they sent me home with a band aid and said nothing was wrong but small infection in wound. Came here next day. Had cellulitis and staff infection. Foods good, nurses are awesome, just boring AF in your room.
The wait is always too long to be seen. With my husband, time is the most important thing. They did not seem concerned about the situation. Dr was nice tho. But things could have been handled better.
My brother had a procedure and I will say we had a pretty good experience overall. Everyone was pretty friendly and things were prompt. The exceptional part was interventional radiology department. Joel Bunn went in depth to explain what we didn't understand and also exuded empathy. He is a true example of what a patient desires a hospital employee to be like.
it sucked i waited in ther er almost 12hrs. i have diabetes..my feet were swelled like footballs....then when i seen the dr she said..i quote..im not sure why there swelled it could be from a rash on your leg. needless to say it was a ho4ible visit should've went to winber or Pittsburgh.
Everyone except the blond receptionist at the er was very nice
