I scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2021 Used Nissan Rogue, drove 2 hours to the dealership for the test drive and even received a call on the way to confirm the appointment. I arrived and they told us that the car had been sold at an auction that morning and claimed they were “sorry” and didn’t know. My trade in was UNDERVALUED I asked for 10k they offered 4.2K then after more negotiating we agreed on 6k then two days later it was on the KBB site selling for 15,998 That felt wrong on many levels

Overall we are satisfied with the purchase and the manner in which the business was handled. We were disappointed that there was no Owners Manual with the vehicle. I think the dealer should take responsibility to provide a Manual, either through the prior owner or by ordering one from the manufacturer. It's $50 to buy the Manual and takes several weeks to obtain. This Honda was purchased through a Toyota dealership so the staff wasn't familiar with some of the functions and how to operate them.
Don't waste your time, dealer plays games. Inquired about two different vehicles over a 6 month period. Both times the vehicle switched from being available to not available, to the sale falling through and price dropping but some purchased it within the last 24 hours, to it being available again. Bait and switch, I'm just glad I didn't take a 2 hour drive to be disappointed like other reviews have mentioned.
