Overall we are satisfied with the purchase and the manner in which the business was handled. We were disappointed that there was no Owners Manual with the vehicle. I think the dealer should take responsibility to provide a Manual, either through the prior owner or by ordering one from the manufacturer. It's $50 to buy the Manual and takes several weeks to obtain. This Honda was purchased through a Toyota dealership so the staff wasn't familiar with some of the functions and how to operate them.
Don't waste your time, dealer plays games. Inquired about two different vehicles over a 6 month period. Both times the vehicle switched from being available to not available, to the sale falling through and price dropping but some purchased it within the last 24 hours, to it being available again. Bait and switch, I'm just glad I didn't take a 2 hour drive to be disappointed like other reviews have mentioned.

We were the easiest no fuss customers. Didn’t get a 2nd key fob. I reached out to the Sales Manager - never heard back. Sales guy was hard to understand but ok I guess.
I didn’t know what to expect going into the dealership. Although, Antonio was a very young man I tried not to judge the outside cover and to my surprise he was able to help get my trade in accepted/approved. Antonio was very pleasant the entire time from beginning to end always keeping what I wanted in mind. Also, I could have not got a better finance officer to help close the deal…..thank you Krish for your promptness but pleasantness too it made the process much lighter and smoother. Alderman’s was friendly. I did end up deciding to buy a different car but it wasn’t due to Alderman’s. I just decided to stay in the Honda family.
Professional and honest. Polite. Ended up buying a used vehicle from them.
