They bombarded me with calls and emails and tex messages. It was too much.
Poor customer service. I asked about a light that was on on the dashboard and they told me that they let me know what it was. I had to call them back and had to said that they would call me back again. After they called me back they never answered my question they just low balled me on my trade. I won't be shopping with them

Was waiting for the car to get back on the lot on after recondition as I was told it will be available on the lot ready for sale on Tuesday January 21. Got a text message on January 20th it was sold. I am in Elk Grove and was a cash buyer waiting for confirmation that car to get on the lot so I could drive out to Redwood city. I responded to the text message my frustration about the whole experience but no one bothered to even reply. Worst experience ever had.
