I bought a used Ford Transit van here recently. The price was fair ~ they had checked out the van. It still needed a spare and a hubcap ~ and I broke a plastic seat handle trying the seat. I could not have been more disappointed in the lack of interest this salesman and manager showed for my interest in a used car they have had on the lot for over 70 days. I wanted to buy it. Wanted to make a deal. They were asleep at the wheel. I drove 100 miles round trip and it was a complete waste of my time. I purchased a same model (5 years newer) the very next day. They responded immediately to my email and follow up was prompt and professional. They saved me time by providing information online. I did not make a purchase.
I emailed them with a few questions. They replied but never gave me any answers. I had to call them to find out. I did end up purchasing the car and love it. Price is not negotiable but it is reasonable. The service was great before I purchase the car but not so great afterward. The sales gave me two key fobs and later I found out 1 of the key fob is not for my car. Called the sale a few times and very slow response. AWFUL experience! I emailed to ask for interior pictures and they responded with an email but no pictures. I asked again for pictures and never heard back from them. Horrible customer service!
