Everyone always seems super friendly and nice at our appointments. So happy to be going here!
Business seems to be the primary focus of the practice, not people. There is no effort to have follow visits made with one dentist, we see someone different each visit. Three occasions we have received "attitude" when we asked questions or disagreed with the frequency that screening X-rays are recommended for non-adult teeth. If we confront this again we plan to change practices. We love this practice! Excellent patient care!
Let customers know that there are options for fillings. I wasn't told about the chance to have something other than the super example white. I had to ask if I would be able to have my daughter receive amalgam fillings. It saved me$400.00 after my insurances. If the prices continue to get so outrageous and I am not given options on treatment,I will start looking for a new dentist for my child.
