Patty Daigle is extremely rude and argumentative. All 3 of my children come here and I have great dental benefits and have even paid for braces. She acts as though we are there to take advantage of the office in some way. I brace myself for negative impact when I go to checkout. However!,Checking in with Jerry and all the hygienists and dentists is always wonderful!
I dread checking out because Patty is so rude. However, the rest of your staff is always wonderful. Jerry is always great about check in and the hygienists make it fun for the kids.
The hygienists were very nice and knowledgable. They made my children feel very comfortable and relaxed. The dentist was also very nice and welcoming to my children. I recommend this dentistry to all of my friends and family. Thank you!
Usually my daughter is able to get in on fairly quickly at her appointment. This time we waited 25-30 minutes. I had to go up to reception to ask if they had forgotten her appointment. Then after the appointment I was to meet with someone regarding a procedure that Lauren will need to have done, laser of the frenulum. We waited another 10 minutes and told the checkout staff I could not wait and she would need to call me. We normally have an amazing experience there but for this visit it was very discouraging and unproffesional. Due to the fact that only 1 dentist was there my son waited 55 minutes in the dentist chair before the dentist came to evaluate him. At that point the dentist came and reiterated the same thing that was said to us at the opening time of the appointment about needing to be more aggressive in brushing a specific area, etc.
Dr. Hinton and Donna were great!
Rhonda (I believe that was her name or very similar) was fantastic with all the kiddos!! They want her everytime they said!!
I want say I am very pleased with the Dr and the whole experience thank you all so much and Aidan is doing great today and all the calls have made us feel so special
