From start to finish, we had a great visit. Jerry always makes check-in go smoothly. All the hygienists were professional and so good with children. Thanks to Dr. Chiu, we received excellent advice regarding a dental issue. Check-out was also done well, and they always make sure we can book our kids at the same time. Thank you!

We absolutely love you guys...we travel about 45 minutes to go to your facility. Last Friday we had a 3:30 pm appointment and with the holiday weekend traffic I figured it would take us for ever to get home and we arrived early for the appointment and you were able to see us early and send us on our way. THANK YOU so much.

I felt comfortable. Love the token to get a prize at the end! Maybe make a price dispenser for younger kids and a prize dispenser for older kids. Awesome!
The dentist was just wonderful...very professional & outgoing..made us all feel comfortable & confident. People at the check-out desk lack personal skills to deal with customers in a friendly way, at least that was my experience. They also have no problem having people sit & wait while they bury their heads in their computers. Their priority should be to service the customers who are waiting. My spot was at 3:40 and my son did not get take back until after 4 and I did not see him until 5 and no one came to say you were so far behind. I watch tons of other patients there for cleanings come I and leave and yet we were left to the side. Not impressed and considering we have been a patient since my oldest was born 13 years now I am very disappointed in the way we were treated. This will be the second disappointment in less than a month I have had with your office.
