Our Hygenist was wonderful
Horrible management , rude people taking appointments and dealing with financial Situations!!!!
Dentist came in for a quick minute after my child's cleaning and was going to come back after his x-rays to talk to us, but this visit she must have gotten busy because after waiting quite some time,she never came back to speak with us after we had x-rays taken. Disappointing considering what we paid for this visit.
If looking for good clinical care than Concord Pediatric Dentisty gets 5 Stars. If looking at the practice as a whole the check in process is not customer friendly. Please automate the demographic portion of the visit.

My son has been coming to this office since he was a year old and every 6 months thereafter. He is now 5. All the staff and dentists are great! They make sure my son is comfortable and make every visit an amazing one. At our last visit, the hygienist came out to get my son and when she called his name, he yelled "YAY!" He loves the dentist and i believe it's because of the experiences he has had at each visit. Thank you all!!! :)
The lady who cleaned my son's teeth was very nice and worked well with my son giving him as many breaks as he needed. Very satisfied.
