Jerry is awesome! He always has a smile on his face along with everyone else in this practice. I just love coming you see you folks. I am also glad that it's only twice a year, as Trinity really does take very good care of her teeth.
My daughter left with 2 wires sticking into her gums even after she asked the assistant twice to fix it. The assistant was uncaring, a complete bitch and did an awful job. Immediately after leaving I took her straight to our dentist, Generations Dental. They took her right in where they found her gums bleeding and punctured from the wire that the "educated" assistant put on. I hate Concord Pediatric Dentistry and wish I could go somewhere else for orthodontics but stupid me for paying the total amount up front. My daughters ... read more
Hygienist Stephanie was fantastic. My daughter loved her!
Lexi did not have a good experience with the dental hygienist. She felt her approach to explaining the cavities and cleaning was belittling and almost rude. She left there in tears.
