Horrible place there for 3hrs because of a random drug test for my job..... went to in information desk to ask why is it taking so long and they said they were under staffed ok then why are there employees here leaving..... finally got my name called to the back and was out in five minutes..... mind blowing
The location is understaffed. The staff were completely friendly and professional, but there was only one physician's assistant there to see urgent care patients. I arrived 10.minutes after opening and still had to wait nearly 2 hours to be seen.
This place really sucks, they are unorganized and the wait time is ridiculous.
Extremely slow. I felt like they forgot that I was in the examination room.

I received a serious gash on my leg, split lip and bruised ribs from a fell into an open sewer. The doctor forgot to write my prescription, claimed he couldn't stitch my leg and did nothing for my ribs but prescribe medication and take X rays and had me going back to work for " light duty " the next day though my ribs are still killing me and my lip was dripping fluid ! Came here for a new hire physical on Thursday. I come back to get my results and paperwork and they can't find my paperwork. Told me I can wait or call back to see if they found it. I even asked if they do anything computerized. I was told they can't because they work with too many companies. Bull....... I know one thing somebody needs to find my paperwork.
