They where under staff. You are in pain and have to wait two or three hours just to be seen. Staff members where very polite , but being in pain and having to wait for hours to be seen is unacceptable.
The staff are rude and nasty. I went for my physical and was greeted by nasty and rude females.... they should not be at the front desk with that type of disrespect. The worst ever. Located in Capitol Heights, MD
Waiting over an hour so I can piss in a cup for a drug test? Insane.
The wait was not long at all. The girls at the front desk were very professional and efficient. However the ladies in the back were not as professional or friendly. One, maybe for a good reason, had a scarf on her head which did not look professional at all and her whole demeanor was bad. Thankfully I did not get her. The other responses were very short and unfriendly but she took care of me. The doctor was very nice and very professional. All in all it was a good experience.
Thanks for losing my medical paper work and telling my potential employer I failed to send it to you. Funny thing is the paperwork is time stamped and dated, and my investigator was copied on it. Your service sucks.
Extremely slow service. I was there for almost 3 hours just to get a physical.
Took me five hours to complete a DOT physical. Shouldn't have taken that long. The wait is beyond long. So much fi URGET care
