The Dr are insensitive to people’s lively hood.
The wait to get a dot card was ridiculous (4 hrs). The staff was very professional. No complaints there.
They only had 1 Doctor during my visit , the medical assistant makes me do all the preparation work in a rush the sad part is when she said: put on this short the doctor is coming soon. he came after 3 hours....somebody can get crazy with this waiting time. take me 4 hours and a half just to get an physical exam for my work...is why I waited all that torture.

The wait time was a little long for a drug screening- I waited about 30 min. But the board behind the check in desk said 30 min wait time. Can’t complain really. Everyone was pleasant and worked quickly. The tech who did my screening was quick and very nice. Giving a 4 out of 5 just for wait time.
I went in to the center near Richie Station Road for a New Hire urinalysis and had to wait for almost three hours. The over all process took no more than five minutes. This is not my insurance provider and I would not recommend their service.
after 6:30 PM it's better for a drug test, but other than that NO!!!!
