Have an appointment and still have to wait 4 hours. You all need to call people and reschedule appointments if you wait times are this high!! Or call-in some assistance. This is ridiculous!!!!
Professional and friendly staff, however, the check out process is waaaaaaaayyyy too long!
Bad service. Waited for 2 hours to take a urine test . Ridiculous. While waiting after 1hr a few people walk in and go right back. Lanham location.
Been here for about 4 in half hours, just getting back to the treatment area.
This place is the absolute worst. The wait times are insane over two and a half hours easy . Don't like your job get a new one ! Management needs to re do the entire process , such a JOKE !
Waited 2 hours just for a drug test for employment. The bathroom had urine on toilet seat and on the floor. The Medical assistant gave me gloves like he wanted me to clean it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! If I was sick I wouldn't come here with a paper cut. Don't come here. No customer service or medical knowledge!!!
