The wait time is ridiculous!!! expected wait time anywhere from 3 to 6 hours or longer
Good but didn’t lik watching the cooking channel during the hour wait.
I was there at 1 and left at 4 with being seen by any doctor. The staff at the front desk was cool though

It was ridiculous that when I went into Concentra for a DOT physical I was notified as I checked in that there was a 5 hour wait time. On the wall near the desk was a board that actually stated the number of hours in which it would take for you to be seen based on the nature of your visit. Ex: emergency was a priority. Drug testing only was 30-45 minutes. Physical was a 5 hour wait. Mind you, when I arrived at 5pm, there may have been 20 people ahead of me at best. So why was I there til approximately 8:49pm. Took my brother for a pee test almost 2 hr wait smh
I went to Concentra for a drug screen last week. Arrived there @ 7:10am. The ladies @ the front desk were so nice in getting me checked in. I only waited a minute before a super nice Technition took me to the exam room for my screen/test. I was finished and on my way home in 5 minutes!! I’d recommend getting there as early as possible. They get super busy later in the day and they said it’s not uncommon to wait for up to 2 hours. Very crisp, professional and friendly group of people! Thank you! Doug
Two and a half hours for a Drug test is ridiculous...totally understaffed. But they were cool
