this place I can't even send anyone there cause it's took me 5 hours just for a physical
I’ve never really had a problem here, but today they refused to see me because I didn’t want to file worker’s compensation for an injury that occurred at work, but isn’t work related. Now I have to drive somewhere else to — in pain, to get assistance. I have private health insurance and it’s my right to use it. I’m sure the young ladies at the desk were just doing their jobs but there are ways to be respectful about it. I’m very upset that I have to drive elsewhere and I will not be returning to Concentra in the future.
I was in there for 4.5 hours waiting to be examined. Workers changed shifts and all. If I wanted an Emergency Room wait time I couldve gone there. Never again. And to top it off neither the doctor or nurse practitioner had no clue of what my issue was. Awful, never again.
There were 4 people waiting and I was told I had to wait 4 1/2 hours for a simple physical. I already had a physical done by my doctor but the company I work for would rather trust a strip mall doctor. What a joke this place is. This place is terrible. Wish they would bankrupt!

my experience, the staff I seen on that particular day were very professional, well spoken, just down to earth people.
too long of a wait time. not enough providers for the amount of patients. it took them over an hour to "triage" me. something needs to change. what will it take to have you provide more physicians or midlevels in order to care for your patients adequately? I am hoping that your processes change for the better.
The representative there are friendly
they opened on time and were very expedient in processing me.
