The attitude of the staff has really improved since my last visit over a year ago keep up the good work

Very slow service computers not working staff is ghetto this gonna be a long day/evening.....
Don't go to this Concentra... For your own sanity... NOBODY DOES THEIR JOB... Doctors are the worst... Staff nonchalant about every damn thing... mad (Like I made you work there)!!! And on top of all that... The SLOWEST Concentra I've ever been in...
I was there over 3 hours and my health concern was not addressed. The PA Jeffrey was very nasty and rude to me. Not very compassionate at all. When i used the bathroom the lab had blood on the floor and the tech never flushed the toilet and urine was in there. I don't recommend this location!!!
Initially, the first thing the FD person said was; there's a 2 1/2 wait! I looked at her puzzled! As bad as I felt, that didn't matter! After that encounter, everything else went very smoothly! The medical staff was very caring and attentive! My prescriptions were on point and my total time there was under 2 hours!
The staff were very polite. Very quiet atmosphere.
