The company is very honest and the Comfort Advisor "*************************"went above and beyond showing us Air-conditioning units and he was very knowledgeable about each system and his mannerisms was very professional and courteous .And at No time was he a pushing saleman. He was able to help us with our selection. It's always a delight to interact with a person who knows the product through and through.

ARS oversold me on an HVAC unit $14K. Per ** Code, the square footage of my home requires a 2.5 tone (I have a 1,3000 square foot home). Chance sold me a 3 ton unit which caused airflow problems in my home due to it's inappropriate size and set me up for expensive HVAC repairs and high electric bills that I have been experiencing. ARS tried to fix the cold and hot spots in the house by installing air return vents. Very professional, communicated often, on time, cleaned up after and during installation. Technician was polite and informed me often about what he was doing. I would use again.

The Service tech came out 45mins after the time he was scheduled to be here which honestly was not that big of a deal to me bc I get it traffic can be stupid sometimes But when he looked at the unit He basically opened it up and told me it needed to be replaced bc it was the compressor even tho He never even checked to see if the capacitor was bad . (Which was what it was) after He told me that I needed a new one He told me That he would send someone out to give me a quote well of course the quote for a new unit was ****** d... read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, I live in *********** and these unprofessional, not trust worthy guy came to my house. I told him it was my AC drain that had to be drained because we had just emptied out the water from the pan he said no. It was my capacitor and charge me $300 and my 15% discount wasn't applied to the charged. 2 weeks later the same issue on which I called them earlier happened again their worker came out this time and said it's my AC drain that's clogged and just to drain it we were charged $276 with 10% disc... read more

Attendant was given misinformation about purpose of trip. Drove 2 hours from ******* unprepared to do what we requested: annual review of split A/C.

This company sent inexperienced workers that were not being trained. There were many people showing up for inspection; problem with that is the work had barely gotten started and it took 2+ days for a very small 1 story home. When I requested to speak with the supervisor ( three separate occasions), I was told he wasnt available and they were not allowed to give me his contact information. We were told they were a good company and did good work, so we used them for our new air conditioner install. We were under the impression we were getting a new system and excited to have air conditioning in the house. We've had our unit for only 3 years and already having issues that have cost us money we can't afford! My husband and I feel we were lied to multiple times about our unit and all were told on this last service call is, "we can quote you for another system."
