I had the best service man come for fall tune up. Not realizing what the Fall checkup involved was vs Fall Maintenance. I never had such a thorough explanation of the detail Of the maintenance plan and how critical it was to keep my unit in excellent condition. I thought since its only 4 years old it would be excellent. I signed up for their ************* Plan where he practically takes unit apart to inspect it. Setup a lead from ****** in **********. Seconds later got a call from ARS of *******. They setup a time to come out the next morning. Came at 9am and ***** Land was knowledgeable and professional. Agreed on a water heater. They set up a time to put one in. Came little after 11am and started around 11:25am and finished at 1:30am. Technician ******************************* is a really great job taking old water heater out and new one in. Thank you ARS of *******.

I called ARS/Rescue Rooter for them to fix my A/C after a lighting struck the night before...Red light went on .... They came 1 days later and tried to clean my A/C and charge $750. He took like 10 min and left. The moment he left my A/C light went back to red light. So I called the company because the **** knew he did me wrong by cleaning instead of fixing. The company apologized and said they will send another **** later in the day. They were very nice about it over the phone. But 3 days without A/C I had to call someone e... read more

Had a technician come out yesterday for routine inspection. Told me my heat exchanger and blower shaft were bad. Said he could have a sales person out within the hour. Had the company associated with my home warranty come out today. He could have easily sold me a new system instead he told me mine was perfectly fine,
